Thanks that looks like they got past the point I did - I never got that far with the datacolour software
that looks like its with the DisplayCal software which at the moment wont download - Correction its working now  Well the download works just got to install and try it now
I have just been to the Displaycal site but the download wont work.
I did use it last night but it would not see the spyder either. The spyder icon actually shows in the tray and the blue light sometimes comes on so seems to be alive
Anyone use a Spyder 3 pro with windows 10. I have followed the instructions about not plugging in until software is installed etc but in the software I cannot get past the screen where it says I need to activate it. I press next and nothing happens.
Does it work with windows 10 ??
I saw a nearly new still in the box mint condition Spyder 2 Pro for sale on ebay for £20 and after reading a few reviews thought I would buy it but now after I go to download the software (I don't have a CD Drive) I get this message from Datacolor

Thanks for that. I have a HP at the moment and it's been good to be honest but it's getting old and slow now. I had decided on the msi as it has great reviews and good color range but it's TN screen and I read TN is no good for editing. My present laptop is an ips screen
Yes I read the IPS has a lot better viewing angles.

Maybe different now
I used to use a metal detector years back when I was a teenager and loved it. Saw one for sale in Maplin (500 standard) reduced from £100 down to £40 and thought I might have a go again
Anyone know anything about the Maplin Standard 500 - is it any good THIS ONE
You will never win a fight with a car and no amount of gadgets would stop me from being very aware of them. I have had a bike computer for years and I certainly don't stare at it just glance when needed and I still soak up all the scenery.
Just with the maps I might find new routes for new...
Thank you very much I will look at those - so will the one that comes with it (OS GB Discovery 1:50K maps) be 'routable ?
Yes I am from that era to, I used to go out with my mate pick a random town or place and be out all day riding regularly doing over 100 miles stopping for fish & chips when...
