I have always struggled with Helicopters, so have decided to face the challenge "!head on" so to speak.

Was going into the recycle bin as one wing was cut off at the end, but decided to crop the other one out also.

Had planned to spend three days at RIAT, one working, and two spectating.
Sadly, picked up heatstroke on day 1, so only managed a few shots during a break.

Just bought an EOS1300d and have a basis 18-55 Image Stabilised lens, just ordered an intervalometer, and have a tripod in the loft.
I want to dip my toe into time lapse... was thinking landscapes in the first instance.

After years of buying 2nd hand bodies, I have finally "splashed out" on a new body.
Granted, it's still only entry level, and nothing compared to what some of you guys are using, but still excited.

I always buy 2nd hand kit, and am currently on my 2nd body, which is the 450d, which was an excellent upgrade for the 300d.
I tend to keep bodies for about a year, and then move progressively upwards. The 450d was a great upgrade for the 300d, and cost me (IIRC) about £200.
Where should I go...
