I used to run a 6D & 7D2 with a number of L lenses plus a Sigma 150-600 Sport for wildlife.
I now have a pair of X-T2's and a range of their lenses (which are excellent by the way). I love using the X-T bodies, they remind me of my old film bodies in how they feel. The output is excellent...
I have done a bit of in car GoPro stuff. I have a mount on the top of my dash, or I use a suction cup on the sunroof and have it between driver & passenger (GoPro allows you to film with the camera upside down). I also have mounts on my front & rear towing brackets for lower down stuff. Wind...
5 Shot pano from Zigzag overlooking Dorset & Wilts.
The original is some 1600px wide!! :$ :$ Given it some mono treatment as that's how I prefer my landscapes at present.

All I can say Bob is that it looks like a Harvard, and that's what they called it, so I was happy with that!
My knowledge of WW2 aircraft isn't bad as my Dad flew Halifax's & Wellingtons during the war, but I'm not hot on US planes, other than the obvious stuff.
Care to elaborate on the settings? I was in a hide so although the camera was technically "handheld", I was supported. I always shoot with the lens wide open so if you have seen better from me, only the light would have been better.

So we thought we'd watch the perching birds for a while in one of the hides and I got a few half decent shots. Shot on my X-T2, 100-400 + 1.4TC wide...
I still have withdrawal symptoms from letting mine go. Again it didn't come out very often, but was a joy to use. Not just as a wide angle, but its close focusing properties and wide aperture makes it so versatile.
I can't see how using hands free is any more dangerous than talking to a passenger. In fact, drivers often turn away to look at the person next to them while in conversation..... When I answer a call in the car I always make a point of telling whoever is on the other end that I'm "hands free...
That was actually taking off!!:LOL:
(You can tell as the wheels aren't straight, they're just starting to fold up. If he was coming in to land the wheels would be down and fixed!)
And this was taken on the 90mm @cambsno
We moved into our new place 2 weeks ago today. The feeders have been up for just a week and I've been really pleased with our visitors so far. We have a load of Sparrows roosting in the hedges around the garden, so they found the feeders pretty quickly, along with a few Dunnock, followed by...
