NiSi V5 pro filter holder complatible with Lee 100mm filters??

I use the Nisi 5 filter holder set and Lee 100mm filters and it is a very good combination. I use the Wolverine 10-stop as it more sturdier than the Lee one but they should all fit whatever make.

Black Rapid Curve Breathe- any good on a small DSLR ?

Update! I couldn’t get on with this, nothing wrong with the strap itself just don’t like the feeling of the camera so low down on your hip. Gone back to using my Op/Tech USA Pro Strap as a short across body strap.

Black Rapid Curve Breathe- any good on a small DSLR ?

Wow thanks JJ! just looked into the cross shot and that looks way better, smaller and neater. That extra strap bit going on would have probably irritated me on the “Curve”.

Black Rapid Curve Breathe- any good on a small DSLR ?

Will this be good paired up with Nikon D5500 and 18-55 AF-P lens mostly. Maybe 18-140mm lens if strap strong enough. Had the Peak Design Slide but too big and bulky.

Thinking of changing from Nikon D5500 to mirrorless

Update; I got looking at and liked the Fuji Xt-20, Fuji Xt- 1000 and Sony A6300 felt lovely in the hand with it’s nice clear EVF and bold rule of thirds grid. However hearing claims of people carrying four batteries, 4 I kid you not ! was a consideration. I only work part-time now to get a...

Thinking of changing from Nikon D5500 to mirrorless

Will look into the Fuji xt2 . I have the Kase K 6 filter holder kit (K100-x filter system ) do any mirrorless cameras fit these. A great filter system with the Wolverine 10 stop I would be loathed to have to sell them.

I hope the camera more than compensates for it despite this oversight

Thinking of changing from Nikon D5500 to mirrorless

I quite agree Stu, the lack of Nikon thirds grid is a bugbare! Sorry I forgot to add crop sensor is fine for me and not too pricey so probably rules out Nikon z thanks

Nikon View NX-i All photos darkened by histogram and cannot reset

I must have done something to the histogram and cannot reset it. ALL my albums of photos are pitch black. I did not realise it is such a powerful programme I wasn’t even editing photos. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still dark photos. Anyone who uses View NX-I know how to reset it...

    From D90 to D7200 or get X100F?

If you want to take fast people photos on the go it sounds great. It all depends what you want ? I downgraded from the D7100 to the D5500 and love it. Lightweight and image quality for shooting landscapes and cities.

L-Bracket for Nikon D5500, any perfect fit ?

I have a £8 Chinese cheapie. Makes lining up a tripod shot in portrait mode a breeze. Whilst very pleased with it, it is a bit too long and impedes the battery compartment so I have to remove it every time. So I just wondered if anyone has a custom fit one and how much please ?

Lexar SD Card Reader damaging your SD cards?

I didn't think it could be the camera. Have used it in the D7100, D5600 and D5500 all my other cards are okay. Personally I do not use the SD adaptors. And am careful to slowly take the SD cards in/out because they are certainly not as robust as CF cards. Will closely monitor this. Thank- you...

Lexar SD Card Reader damaging your SD cards?

Can SD card readers damage your SD cards ? Has anyone else experienced this ? I have a Lexar 24 in 1 card reader and I have a SD card that I have had to cello tape as it is coming apart by where the adapter bit would fit to make it a micro SD card. The Lexar card reader has 5star reviews and the...

    Beginner Venice- which lens ?

Thanks for making me aware when in Venice. Rome for sure, my Dad has his wallet stolen in the Vatican. Yes ! Of all places. But it wasn’t the Pope that stole it as he was not in residence that day : ))
