Wrist Watch photography - what equipment do I need

Set the hands at ten to two as well. I've done a fair bit of watch photography. I've used natural light outside or a small white light tent. Depends on the look you are going for. Light tent is very sterile and more documentitive. Can't post any examples right now as on my phone. I'll try to...

    light painting

Anything that produces light can be used for light painting. Different things will produce different effects, along with different times they are exposed etc. Torches, lasers, sparklers, even mobile phones can be used. Best bet is to try out different things, different movements, different...

Finally managed to get out and try the Samyang 12mm. Had one before on my X-T1, but first time using this one with the X-E2. Very awkward to get focus spot on without dunking my backside in the water, so I don't think they are as focussed as they could be, but the lens seems pretty sharp. Think...

Yeah Ive had one before and experienced the same. It'll take some practice to learn its foibles. I think we are spoilt with fuji lenses, even the cheapest ones often outclass more expensive third party glass!

Its not my ideal either, but the 16-50 isn’t often wide enough. No matter now, I’ve just received a samyang 12mm, so the fisheye will be resigned to the bag for special occasions or whenever I come across a skateboarder in the woods.

They often benefit from having the cooling paste replaced on the heat sink. Pretty simple to DIY. Apple were notoriously stingy with its amount and quality. I also had 3 logic boards in less than a year courtesy of Apple on my 2011 model

A lady took pictures of my son...

I took some some (if I may say so) incredible photos of my young niece and nephew at a local beauty spot. Typical kids, playing in the woods and stream having a great time. I used the samyang 85 f/ 1.4 with its amazing colours and bokeh. I was over the moon with them and emailed them to their...

This is my first. I've only used it briefly, but it's very well built, is actually pretty heavy. Again, the images I've taken so far are hard to properly comment on sharpness etc, but I took some of one of the dogs inside at iso3200 and it looked pretty sharp to me. The corners aren't amazing...

    Credit card or finance?

If you use PayPal, see if you can get PayPal credit (and if the site accepts it of course), it’s usually interest free for a certain period of time, or you can set up monthly instalments interest free for a set period.

    First camera help

You said you didn’t want to chuck thousands at it as it’s easy.. Used fuji xe1, cost me £97 Used fuji 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 cost me £100 So under £200 for a set up that can shoot most things except wildlife. I do also have a full frame Nikon dslr and a bag of lenses that I now pretty much never...

So the evidence isn’t strong enough due to faded memories dating back what, 15-20 Years., but recently some very high profile cases dating back 50-60 years have gotten convictions. Yes mine has the aperture adjustment, but it needed to be wide open to get a decent shutter speed. It’s not K&F but looks identical.
