After a 45 minute tutorial on animals and, more specifically,
insects and arachnids, and macrophotography, my son,
Olivier had to shoot this living thing…

I was too much in a hurry when I posted this but it is a 31 slices stack.
Done with a Nikon D3X + 105 ƒ2.8 @ ƒ8 + some extension tubes… as
he is asleep I cannot ask him which he used, tethered on Mac. He had
all the best gear I can offer him… he picked and committed this.

Even though I'm not frightened by spiders that's made the hairs on my neck stand up, so Olivier did good.

The spider looks good,and it's not something I could produce, but I think the spider blends too much into the background.
It may just be because I'm looking on my phone at present.
Edit: looks much better on larger screen
