100x40cm print needing a frame

I've got a 100x40cm (40x16in) Ilfochrome print that's in need of a frame. I've never got anything framed before so no idea where to go or what would work.

I do know that I don't want it to be heavy. Going above the bed so the last thing I'd need is it falling on me in the night. Popped into the picture framing place in town but they want to put it behind glass which sounds heavy (and expensive - estimated £116).

Any recommendations on where to get it done, what I should ask for, etc?

PS - I think it's a woodland scene or something like that so fairly dark. Bought from a studio in Australia several years ago and never got out to see daylight since.

Check out Kaleidoscope they do all my framing/canvasses and are a real pleasure to deal with. For a basic frame with non reflective glass they would be a lot less than the £116. As for the weight - just make sure that you don't hang it using blue tack !
