IIRC the A30 was '50s rather than '30s. I would guess that to be an Austin 7. My Frogeye was that baby blue colour.

Looking at the side on the car on the left hand edge of the frame it looks like ******n7 above a website address which would suggest that Nod is on the right track with an Austin7

yes i didnt notice the website and went online and saw a similar model...1937 Austin 7...tourer which this was
there were cars on each side in the car park at the park in cornwall...
