2019 or 1919?

Taken with a Canon EOS 30v and 28-135 IS lens on Kodak Ektar 100 and converted to black and white, vignetted and toned in Photoshop Elements at the suggestion of a forum member. I'm not usually keen on this sort of image manipulation but I think it turned out reasonably well.

I think these old engines are a work of art, and how you have edited it does make it look like it`s from 1919.

They'd stopped for a quick cup of tea on their way back from a steam rally and the house is on that side of the lane. It's a quiet country lane with good visibility but line of sight is even better for vehicles passing on the side I was standing on, so it was safer for it to stop there for 10 mins rather than on the other side of the lane.

Coincidentally, this engine was abroad for a good few years of her working life after being shipped to Australia. She was then brought home to the UK to be restored and brought into preservation, and a very nice job they've done on her too.
