27 yrs since the Gulf war and almost the last time i caught Pinky

Since no complaint about the shade of pink is relevant,
I will then restrict my comment to ALL other parameters:
Great presence in the frame and gorgeous rendition.

That dark cloudy sky really sets it off. I didn't know they still had it painted pink.

I wrote a lot of the software on those for Gulf War. Heavily rushed, but tested on a rig, the last part was actual flight and they made us go in the rear seat, because if it was our fault they crashed, they wanted us there as well... :D
Theres some great info on it and why here: https://www.raf.mod.uk/news/archive...-pink-to-mark-25-years-on-operations-19022016

this jet never saw service in the war.it was delivered after the war and was painted a couple of years ago.its no longer in service now and is stripped down for parts.
thanks for the links!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it went for RTP some few weeks past?

That's a STonka. See what I did there?

Cracking image, nothing to fault.

You are correct Reheat, Pinky went to RTP a few weeks ago, not much left now I'm afraid.

I saw pinky ZG750 depart RIAT 2017. A few days after that she went up to Scotland and was stripped. A very sad day. I keep saying to myself I will get down to marham for the day before they all go the same way :(
RTP is in Leeming,not Scotland
