Our city break last week took a rural twist for a couple of nights, out in the forest near the lake of Springsee. Morning light through the trees was fleeting, changing from moment to moment.

I expect clipping the swing seat on the right might raise a comment, but working with a fixed focal length it allowed the boxes and the far camp to align better in the frame. Including it fully might have allowed its bulk to pull the eye too much to the right edge of the frame.

It's interesting, certainly. Just feels like there should have been a bit more from the scene, maybe with a lower perspective & less ground/more trees and the boxes standing out further?
