Disappointing weather yesterday for the appearance of LMS Coronation Class 4-6-2 "Duchess of Sutherland" ahead of a railtour from Derby to Didcot - I managed this shot as it passed Wolvercote of the outward leg

I like that composition with the diag of the train and the way that the side line splits of and comes towards the camera.
Looks better on Flickr. As yousay, just a pity about the flatness of the light, but a good location for a revisit.

It looks fine to me...on Flickr ..but for whatever reason when I enlarge it (iPad viewing) the name is oof On Flickr it's pin sharp.It looks great on Flickr.
