Couple of nice shots Sir, love the framing/composition, isolation, and oof background on the first shot.

I don't mind you saying so at all, and I'd probably agree. I did several things with them including lightening, darkening, reducing saturation etc. I didn't really want to go down the cloning route, but think you may be right. This may also make a better pano.
I deleted the second shot because it doesn't really work TBH. Focus should have been on the cat, and it's too obvious a failure to leave for crit.
