Problem is if the person you are photographing moves while you are inserting the film holder then the focus is going to be off. I’m still working on a method to overcome this.

That's a shame, I have very little experience with film unfortunately. I will try it one day when I am confident of my ability. Until then I will stick with digital so that mistakes don't cost anything.
