Beginner a couple of first attempts at light trails

This was my first ttempt at getting some long exposure light trails...not 100% happy with shots...the willis building wasnt lit up as i would have liked and the area was really bright and very busy

Not for the capture as these are pretty good but
the renditions do include all the dynamic range.

Not much to complain about here. Prefer the top one composition wide. Partly because your trails are leading into the frame rather than cutting across it but also because you've caught the back of the traffic light in the top right of the second one.

Might also work better just after sunset or just before sunrise when you've got some blue in the sky. Good work all the same.
