A couple of mono shots

These were taken in the national Museum of Scotland with my new 50mm 1.8 lens. The idea was to keep it simple and try something different. Not sure if they work or not?

For me I think that the first would be better without the bit of person, but I like the use of the structure to great a couple of nice images

Agreed No1 would have been better without the chap disapearing round the bend

No2 I like very much one small crit- the black line bottom right of shot????

Oops, did not notice that! I've just caught the top of a partition, should have trimmed the image to get rid of it.

I actually quite liked the person in the shot, but on second thoughts, perhaps it doesn't work ......... I'll give it a try without the person next time.

Definitely like the tones and patterns of #2.
