At a guess I’d say 10-20mm @f4
Probably 1/30 @ iso 400

If you look at the original on Flickr it says it was taken with a Sigma 10-20mm lens at 10mm.

It's a stitched panorama with multiple shots on the sigma 10-20. I would tell you how many shots, but I've lost my raw files!
