At what point does the energy from the rotors change from thrust to lift and when does the rotor stop being a propeller and become a wing.

Nice clean shots,Steve. I really the look of the RC-135. I hope to see an Osprey at Brize Norton but I'm hearing that they are to be moved to Germany..Stuttgart,maybe.
