Got a new popup hide for my birthday and had a go in the garden yesterday.

Good results from birthday hide.

I watched a documentary on squirrels a couple of evenings ago, mostly about greys and they‘re really very smart. Hazel nuts were placed at the end of a complicated obstacle course and they got to them and one in particular was head and shoulders above the others so it was referred to as ‘super squirrel’ I see them in a different light now. We have a couple visit our garden for bird seed/ fat ball breakfast..

I love having squirrels in the garden. Some people go to a lot of effort to keep them off their bird feeders, but I just put out more food and let them all share.
