For me the first one doesn't work as the branch & background is to distracting/messy if that makes sense? The out of focus parts are filling most of the image taking away the eye from the main focus of the bird
The second one works a lot better and more natural looking a nice shot! My only bit of advice is to try and get branches without big bits sticking off them as in the far right corner of this shot, it makes a much more appealing shot. Maybe a tighter crop would work so you don't see it
The third one anything going away from you without eye contact rarely works which a shame as it looks like you had nice light
