I don't see many millipedes, so this was nice - millipede, the real size is 12.98 mm, magnification is 1.4
Possibly Blaniulus guttulatus.

Ladybird, not a harlequin - too small. The real size is 5.58 mm, magnification is 1.95 - so what is it?

Ladybird, not a harlequin - too small. The real size is 5.58 mm, magnification is 1.95 - so what is it?

I'm going to stick my neck out here, and suggest that it is a Harlequin, because,
Natives have black legs, Harlequins have pale / orange yellow legs.
The most common of them (harlequin) is black with 2 red spots.
"our" 2 spot is red with black spots.

Thank you, millipedes I don't see that often (more centipedes) so I was very pleased. I am seeing more and more globular springtails as November draws on. A lot of photos I have taken have been from leaf litter that I have collected.
