  3. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a long-standing member, Just Dave.

    Dave Barker was a member of Talk Photography for nearly 10 years, and was a prominent member for most of those.
    A very warm, friendly and enthusiastic member, he spent the largest portion of his time on TP welcoming and helping others.

    I'm sure all visitors to this site will join us in thanking Dave for his unwavering support and being a large part of our community.
    Our thoughts are with his family and friends at such a difficult time.

    I eventually geta decent shot but there is a sheeps dirty ar$e in the background! :mad:

    Very nice takes John:clap::clap::clap::clap:. Have you done something to the head in the first shot it seems a to have a deeper yellow bit on the left side of the sear and it really stands out:thinking:

    I am looking forward to connecting with mine again this year ,i may make more of an effort with them considering they are in the same area as the owls ,a couple of decent perches for them to land on,was this baited John.

    I woudl loive to say that I spent hours watching them,determining where they went with prey and then crept up on them with a nice background (sheeps ar$e excepted) but they were baited!
