I visited Eyam last week to recce a potential location for a photo later in the year when the autumn colour arrives. As well as my digital gear I also had a little Minolta Hi-Matic G2 35mm film camera with me, loaded with Ilford HP5+. It's a fairly basic camera that uses a zone-focussing system, but has a decent 38mm f/2.8 lens.

These are some of the photos from the Hi-Matic, in chronological order as I walked the track and then back again..

FILM - The Felicity tree
by fishyfish_arcade, on Flickr - This one's slightly soft as I noticed afterwards that the focus ring had slipped from the infinity setting. As it marked the turning point of the walk I've left it in though.
