no it's not
it's not a Magpie or even the magpie colouring that is put into English names of non UK species
it has got a grey back and a black and white colouring, (which is not described as Magpie)
The beak, (bill), should help you plus a bird you have posted an image of before ..... and even those spiky bushes
not a bad specimen image .. in fact it's a lovely bird

It has have to ben a Shrike - you have given up the bush that they impale their prey on
The word fiscal is use a lot for African birds
and it has a grey back
That would be my guess - a Grey Backed Fiscal Shrike

I didn't know the particular type, but it is very characteristic of a Shrike
