Not sure of what the colour of the bird should be on the second shot, but it looks like you are being tolerated on his patch as long as you behave yourself. Lovely bird and shots.
 
Two more great shots Den but love the 2nd (y) It does look to have a slight colour cast though, maybe reduce the blue or magenta??
