It was good to see the Cheetah's back in Cheetah rock again, they seem to have abandoned that in favour of the
unattractive shed for some time now.

And of course Spike was in his usual position,
However he was posing on the rock a few minutes before I got the viewing area,
he took one look at me and said sod this I'm off, and promptly jumped down just as I arrived!
Git!

Did you check the wooden shed?
They've taken to staying in there instead of the more photogenic "Cheetah rock"

Checked every where - twice !
PLus the weather wasnt that bad.
Second time, I just pulled this off, as it the only shot I was going to get....before she lay back down and was hidden once more.

I have to agree, its amazing how well they can disappear in almost no grass!
Glad I'm not an Antelope :D

I have just said the exact same thing on Viv's post... you both did well though. I like the livid meerkat the best!

Good set Chris, given the conditions.
What on earth did you say to the meerkat to deserve that glare?! :D

I just turned up, I seem to have that affect on the residents :D

Thanks for dropping by Ruth (y)

Any date set for the nutters next January, Chris? I'll start looking for virgins to sacrifice to the weather gods...

Not given it a lot of thought yet Nod, its usually a mid Sat in Jan, checking the calender for next year, that'll either be the 14th or 21st.
Get practising you sacrificial rites (y)

As I suspected, Mrs Nod will be busy so I'll be solo. Just hope the weather cooperates - not sure there are enough virgins down here to guarantee it! (I certainly don't know any - and I sure as hell ain't going looking for the most famous local one...)
