  • correctly level the camera
  • allow sufficient space around the subject so to
    make
    easier later decisions relative to compo-
    sition and keystoning down the line in PP.

Yeah, I thought about cropping the bottom/right side a little



I don't see any cropping necessary
but keystoning the buildings!
 
I did use the lens correction tool



Well, if the chosen lens is recognized by your software,
eventual lens corrections may be applied but this has
nothing to do with this as a perspective tool would be
of some use.
 
Lens correction in LR can not correct for keystoning automatically as it has no idea about the level or angle of your camera to the subject.

You would need to correct that manually.
 
I really like that just needs the buildings straightened up with the perspectives tool in camera raw then probably content aware filling the bits that end up cropped out from the straightening on the sides
