A couple of weeks ago I climbed the three peaks of Yr Eifl on a pleasant summer afternoon. Then I spied Gyrn Du and company. They looked fantastic and I vowed to return to the Lleyn and put them beneath my boots.
Today was the day but on my approach they were heavily clagged in so I kept driving west and spotted Garn Fadryn which looked incredible. It wasn't long before I was stood on the top after taking in the outlying peak of Garn Bach.
I wasn't satisfied so on the way home I had a poke around Gwylwyr Carreglefain and spent the rest of the evening there only to see Yr Eifl and the hills I had originally come to walk miraculously clear of cloud!
I suppose I'll have to go back again...no great hardship.
