There hasn't been the usual variety of wildlife in this neck of the woods, but I need to chase something around the garden while cooped up!

I much prefer the red squirrel, they are not native like these tree rats. Living where I do there are about 4 or 5 hotspots that I know of where the Reds are quite prolific (but still a lot less than the Greys). Having had my say these are really nice pictures which show them in the best light. So long as they are kept away from the reds are really cute creatures.

Absolutely agreed. There are no red squirrels in this neck of the woods unfortunately!

How would you find out about local wildlife such as red squirrels?
