A last minute decision to get out and photograph the sunset last night yielded this 6 minute exposure at Andrew's Mare, New Forest National Park:

Love the tones to this one Dave. Can I ask what ND filter you used for this?

I like it very much. The tree is very nicely positioned. The little picky in me would like to see a touch more shadow detail

Thanks all. I had hanging off the front of the lens: Hi-Tech 105mm polariser (only because I couldn't be bothered to try and unscrew it!), Lee little stopper, Lee 0.6 ND grad.

That is a wonderful shot.
Are the colours as captured or a mixture of the filter shades?
Whatever the answer, really like the end result due to the composition and colours.
As others have said well worth the time expended.
