Another bird ID please

I have another bird I am struggling to ID, so far I have brought it down to a choice of 2, but would appreciate your input please.
This was taken on the coast in Mull this month (May). Once again, it was taken at some distance and is a heavy crop.

Cheers. When I first looked, it was a Dunnock, but the more I looked, it just didn't look right, the body looks too chubby and short, and the plumage looks too light and scruffy, but that may be the lighting. Perhaps it was having a bad hair day. The head is definitely Dunnock, but the rest... I wasn't sure even though I see Dunnocks in my garden every day. I did consider a juvenile Stonechat because of the coloring, but soon discounted that.
Oh well, back to Specsavers for me lol
