It was getting very dark before rain late this afternoon when two jays turned up among the Birch. Bit of a crop too.

Nice sharp capture, I keep trying to get one of these but can never get close enough.

not bad at all (I'm not even going to mention the blade of grass obscuring the tail .... Dohhh! there I go again)
 
Thanks but I am not happy with it. Need it closer & facing the camera. Or am I getting too fussy:thinking::LOL:
 
It is there,the blade of grass i mean, but photoing birds in the wild is like that, we cannot always make sure that composition is perfect. Lets be honest with ourselves, we love taking pics of wildlife, at times the images are not perfect, but we all enjoy taking them?

The Camera club which I am a member of is having a meet to Morton Lochs & Tentsmuir. We Meet at Tayport harbour at 9am if anybody wants to come along & have a bit crack!(y)
