Experimenting with setups and a new flash.

Nicely captured m8 - good light.
Agreed and imo it could be lighted up a tad, focus aint there though.
have you viewed the flickr image? Focus is bang on down the middle, you can see it's extra eyes on the top, the lenses, and even count the hairs? DOF is narrow, but I thought it was pretty good myself?
Have now Maybe go to f13
OK, think I may have to bump up the ISO a bit then, it's pretty dark in that IVY bush and once I start going past f10 (even with flash) things get pretty murky.
Ok I know your using a M3/4`s camera and I got no clue about what they can or cant do but I would expect even at f13 it should cope ok with flash
I'm defusing the heck out of it though - otherwise it looks carp.
Diffusion is the key to good light from a flash
He is using a Sony SLT Graham
I'm seeing "This photo is no longer available". Is it just me?
Is that not a M4/3`s ?
No it not mirrorless it Sony single lens transuscent mirrored cameras.
The hoverfly still comes up when you click on it.
And it has a 1.5x crop factor APS-C sensor. Micro Four Thirds cameras have a 2x crop factor sensor.
So it does. Thanks Dave.
@mjmountain - Mike, another good one I think.
