Another jumper

Found on the side of my house this afternoon. Salticus scenicus I believe.
Finding these really tricky subjects because they never sit still for more than a second or two.

Because of the constant movement and contrary to usual macro practice, I found that the only way I could get shots in focus was with auto focus rather than manual.

Thanks both. One of the reasons manual focus was so frustrating was the recycle time between flashes. The spider would invariably move while the shutter was refusing to fire because the flash wasn't ready.
I was using onboard flash, I know a speedlight is better than onboard in many ways, but how much faster do they recycle?
