Yes
I’m heading off to Amesbury for the rest of the week and using some spare time, the obvious thing to photograph would be Stonehenge.

As the site is probably closed off, is there any other landscape opportunities to be had in the area, please?

TIA

Yep, go to Avebury. It's far more interesting and with better access than Stonehenge (my avatar is from mid-winter's day there)..

However, if you are stuck close to Amesbury you could try to make something out of the nearby Woodhenge.

For landscape, the Woodford Valley is utterly stunning.

It also has some fantastic pubs which, sadly for you, will be shut!

Drove past Stonehenge yesterday, as I do quite often. Completely empty bar a guy in a high vis vest patrolling. Was quite a sight. It’s usually rammed all year round.
