Love the first and last.
 
The last one works pretty well, the black and white treatment suits it and the composition is the best. The others aren't doing it for me - as number one shows you'd definitely want any direct light to be on the mill but the composition doesn't work. Mix the light of one with the composition of the last and that would work well
