An abstract take of this lovely bird. The dark water was caused by the shadow of a large bank of trees. The side angle of the late morning light spotlit a small part of this lake. By underexposing it gives this studio effect.

It's a lovely moody shot, if it were me though, I would have cropped it a wee bit tighter. Nice one.
