Really like the first one, great smile, looks sharp, nice blurry background. The only thing I don't quite like is that the reds look really RED.
 
the 135mm f2 really does the job Les

Very nice image - No2 ain't too shoddy either - personally I would clone out the foot that shows between the chaps legs- but a funny image never the less

Thanks Les, good call, I honestly didn't notice that stray foot , and yes, the 135mm f2 rarely disappoints, regardless of what body I've used it on, perfect for events like this where you can't control the backgrounds.

yes..that may be the style of those days...seems to be coming back
the flick of hair over the lady's right eye is a bit painful but there it is
its a good solid shot and well taken

I absolutely love the portrait shot. Whilst picture 2 looks good fun, I think the modern looking bollard in the foreground and the satellite dish on the building in the background detract from the realism for me. I know the residents of Haworth live in the 21st century but I feel it's an uneasy mix of old and modern.
