Autumn

I agree with TG about conditions and also it doesn’t work compositionally in my opinion. There’s too much of the grassy bank and I feel the image needs more breathing space on the right side. It also seems to have a yellowish cast which doesn’t quite look right for the weather conditions. Sometimes these kind of scenes look great to the eye but don’t work in a picture, I wonder if this is one of those scenes
 
Nice colour in the tree, but as said already, composition and lighting aren't helping you here. Perhaps nearer dawn or sunset, when the sun is shining at a low angle from the LHS (if it ever does)?
 
Would it be better if you made two seperate images from this, possibly?
