B/W for boxing

have been sending some pix to a local boxer and he has asked for some of them in black and white.I now think b/w has something.

Much better in BW, I wonder what they would look like if they were a bit grainy?

Prefer Black and white than colour, Really adds atmosphere to the image.

I sell boxing DVDs to fighters and always include a duplicate set off BW for them... Quite a few put BW online..

Its the photogrpahers who ONLY produce BW that let the side down as they do it because they couldn't handle the white balance at ringside Offering both is a good idea IMHO


PS any blood splashing about are better in colour

Disagree with the first part, it's quite a static pic and the fact that the other boxer's face is blocked ruins it.
