Delicious blend, Craig!

Delicious blend, Craig!

Thanks Kodiak, it is 2 RAW files blended, but the darker one has been converted twice, so in total 3 tiffs blended. Sky, bright highlights and main foreground scene.

I have one from a little later I'm keen to process too where the natural contrast is higher as it got darker that I think may be more effective.

shoot regularly all the way through a lighting event

I still fancy the first posted picture.

In both, the keystone correction made the tower top heavy.

Thanks both for the feedback.

I think it is something that I'd previously learnt and allowed for then forgotten and done this a quick way.

Essentially objects that are further away get smaller. It therefore looks un natural to fully correct the verticals if a towering object. I used to warp the lower half of an image to correction in photoshop but not quite fully correct the top half. I quickly adjusted the verticals for these in lightroom which affects everything at once.

Your eye expects it to get slightly thinner at the top and in this case it doesn't?

Or I've over corrected and will look again later!!!
