I recently visited Beckford's Tower in Bath to shoot the spiral staircase. I ended up with two shots that I liked, one of which became my POTY entry. This one was taken from the top of the staircase looking downwards at the spotlights on the floor.

Thanks Jeff, I wasn't totally convinced on the starburt lights. Seems to be a bit of a marmite look I think, some people have said they like it but others don't!
