Why the grey cast?

As i said in a previous post I am having issues with Flickr messing with my shots and its still not sorted this shot on my PC looks a little richer but still not as bright as your rendition looks on my monitor as I like to show the conditions as I took the shot which were grey and overcast which was a little annoying as that is a great angle in bright sunlight with heat haze on the track .
