Seen floating down the Witham this morning. Never seen anything like it before, and what the heck is that on its head? :shrug:

Sorry for poor quality, it was handheld at a funny angle and this is also 100% crop

It's a Gentoo Penguin in fancy dress. Clearly sneaking into the ducks ball
