Bird identification/confirmation please

Walking along our local canal a few days ago I took a random shot of what I thought was a juvenile gull of some sort, didn't pay any further attention to it and didn't process it later. Yesterday I opened a bird book and it fell open at at the page for terns, this made me think that this is a juvenile common tern, any thoughts please?

Looks like a Common Tern to me

Breeding adult as the head is fully black as juveniles and non breeding only have back part of head black from what I can see
