Our Camera Club arranged a photography day at Swinton Park yesterday. It was a good day with a variety of birds to shoot although not as much flying as we'd hoped for. The light was a bit grim at first but improved as the day went on. It's fair to say my arms and shoulders are feeling the effects today!!

I like them all but No 2 is a stunner it's so well lit. The log in the first pic is distracting but you must have been quick to catch the owl in flight with a 500mm. No wonder you're feeling the effects.

My favourite from flickr, not shown here, is the owl against the tree.
 
I like that last one the most as its unique, I haven't seen a shot like that before.
I would be really tempted to clone the stump out on number one though.
 
Lovely set , having done something similar recently I think you did really well on the flight one
