He's a shot that I took last year but only managed to edit it today. I feel that the mono conversation works very well. What do you think?

In all honesty, there's a halo running the entire length of the horizon that draws the eye, and the sky looks a little too heavily processed for my tastes.

I'm with Ruth the clouds are just a bit too "electric" for me too.... I think the Haloing has been brought on with the processing. If you cant get rid of the halo I'd open another layer in PS select it as soft light and fill with 50% soft light grey, then brush over it with a very soft black brush to darken it.
The long grasses in the gully in the immediate foreground also look a bit over sharpened to me.
Nice shot incidentally, just needs a little more TLC.
