Hello

Tried my first attempt at the milky way, Iv taken two exposures due to it being a windy evening. I want to use the photo on the right as the foreground to stop the blurry trees. I have tried to do this in Lightroom Enfuse with no joy at all, Is there anything else I can use apart from Photoshop to do the job?

Even in PS that would take ages as there is so much fine detail at the tip of the trees

They both seem rather blurry, I'd probably just try again another night, it's not like the photo is particularly ruined by it anyhow.

To overlay the sharper trees, you can do the following steps.
1) Increase the brightness and contrast of the tree shot so the trees are pure black and the grey sky background becomes white. (other adjustments methods are available)
2) Paint out any non white splotches remaining in the sky.
3) Open both as layers in your photo editing program.
4a) Put the Trees on the top layer. Use the Burn or Darken or ...? layer mode.
4b) Or make the white areas transparent and use "normal" layer mode.
5) If any fuzzy areas are still visible, you could move the new tree layer up in the frame to cover them. Or clone some background sky over them.

Is it possible to blend in Lightroom or is Lightroom infuse something different?

Yes… an other strategy that will work even
on mild wind days.

You already have the Milky Way night shot,
all you need now is a blown out sky day shot
of a FG of your choice and proceed as usual.
