Also, been trying out new perches and still getting to hand of this D750, just need to get some decent glass now as using a old Sigma 70-300mm APO.

I'd try to find the "sweet spot" on that lens - I notice that you have used f5.6 .......have a go at f8 - you will still get a good OOF background ....... and the D750 can take high ISO levels

@BillN_33 I have been having a play around trying different settings for each day since the firmware update on body. AFA single one day AFC 9 point next day etc............... I'm just trying to get the balance right as I have put off my longer lens purchase for a few months. Refused credit for my Football Season Tickets after having it for previous years, so I had to dip into my lens money to buy. Wish I kept my 300mm f4 now.
