Blue Jetty

Probably exhausted this place for a while although I never do any long exposures of it - my local jetty this evening under dank greyish skies, thought the 10 stop suited:

That's nice, I'm not a big fan of 10 stoppers much, the light on the wooden jetty is superb!

Thanks Peter yeah me neither with the 10 stoppers - nice to have a bit of variety now and then

I thought my eyes were tricking me, but a grid shows the horizon slants very slightly to the right.
Tough call on correction, as it may upset the alignment of the jetty.
Totally agree regarding the lovely light on the wooden jetty.

Thanks I'll have a look at the horizon, thought i'd got straight it in PS but could be slightly off, yeah the light was nice, all 5 minutes of it from yesterday!

Looks good to me and good imagination using the 10 stopper when the weather dictates or restricts your image in mind. At least it wasn't a totally wasted day getting frustrated.

Very nice image, would look great in mono but eitherway well worthy of framing!!
